ou are a little oxygen molecule just floating around in the air, minding your own business, when suddenly you feel pulled by an invisible force, and you begin to move. As you pick up speed, you find yourself entering a human nose. You get excited about this new adventure, and decide to take some mental notes about the landmarks along the way.

After being tossed around rather vehemently through the intricate passages of the 2. where you were cleaned, warmed and picked up some humidity, you immediately emerge into a larger passage called the 3.. You feel yourself making a wide curve, and then falling straight down. You pass a point where another, larger passage comes together with yours, and are joined by other oxygen molecules coming in, just when they are leaving the 4..

Having entered earlier through the 5.their trip in was much smoother than yours, although they are complaining of being buffeted about by a very large red monster, and hitting rows of hard, and sharp, white objects.

You realize you are now together with them in the 6.. As you plummet down, you get a glimpse of the back of the tongue, and remember horror stories you have heard from other oxygen molecules that told about this spot on the trip where they suddenly were stopped as they hit the base of the tongue and were unable to continue. Passing a few strange formations you see an intersection fast approaching. You notice that the path that heads toward the anterior part of the body is blocked, and it looks like you will slide right down the back road and continue to fall. Again you remember what you have heard from some of your oxygen buddies that have returned from this road trip, and told stories of their lost friends who took the posterior path at this point, went down the 7., and ended up in a foul smelling, churning, dark, mushy pit they called hcamots.

Just as you reach the intersection, the 8.lifts up and you are able to get past the barrier, into the anterior passage. Here you find yourself in sort of a box-shaped room with a couple large cables hanging from the ceiling. Your friend tells you the last time she was in this room, going the other way, those cables were really vibrating and it was really noisy. She tells you the room is called the 9. .

Suddenly you find yourself in a tube again, falling. Just when you think the tube dead-ends at the bottom, and you will crash into the 10., you notice two passageways diverging in different directions, and you are swept into the one going left. There is a street sign now that says you are in the 11.. You said "so long" to some of your buddies who took the other tube, the 12..

You pass many, many smaller paths branching off from your tube, all of them named the same, 13.. You feel the path getting narrower and narrower, as you are swept into one of these(13). In some places the way gets very tight. Jumping over some gooey stuff, and wading through some puddles of fluid, you finally reach a circular room, delicate and fragile, with very thin walls. The sign on the wall reads,

 You are in the 14..

When you are ready to board the boat
for the next part of your trip,
form a single line against the wall.

If this is as far as you go,
stay away from the walls,
and return the same way you came.

Have a nice trip.
