Image of Donna Spaulding.Donna Spaulding is a full-time Associate Professor of Speech/Theatre at SLCC-Florissant Valley, where she also serves as Coordinator of the Center of Teaching and Learning. She received her Bachelor degree in Music Education in Voice from Central Methodist College, and her Master of Fine Arts degree in Acting from Lindenwood University.

Early in her career, Donna was Director of Primary School Music for Festus, Missouri Public Schools, and acted in professional theatres in Missouri and Kansas. She has taught at Florissant Valley since 1980. Donna was Chairperson for the Florissant Valley Communications Department for 16 years, and Administrative Intern to the SLCC Vice Chancellor of Education from 1999 to 2001. She also participated in the Leaders Program sponsored by the National Institute of Leadership Development (NILD) in 1994.

Donna has been a member of AAWCC-St. Louis for several years. Her goals for the organization are “to empower, encourage, and support SLCC women in their current positions and in their ongoing growth, provide service opportunities to help women in our St. Louis community, and make membership in our chapter desirable and accessible for all SLCC women.”
