Checking Out A Book

Where
To check out a book, bring it to the Circulation Desk. You will need a valid St. Louis Community College identification card or a valid library card from another MOBIUS library.

How Long
The borrowing period for students is 4 weeks.

Return or Renew
The Circulation Desk is also the place to renew or return books. In the next section, you will learn about renewing books online.

Request Item
If the book you want is checked out, or only available at another campus, you may request it through the catalog. You can submit a request when displaying the record for a book. Click on Request at the top of the screen, then follow the online instructions. Check at the Circulation Desk for the status of your request.
