COURSE DESCRIPTION:

 

This course is designed for students who qualify for Intermediate Algebra, but whose chances for success would be greatly increased after a review of requisite topics.  The course offers a brief review of linear equations and inequalities, followed by an intense focus on exponential properties, polynomials, factoring, rational expressions, the rectangular coordinate system and basic linear graphs.

 

 

 

 

 

COURSE PREREQUISITE:

 

Placement into MTH:140 via testing, or completion of MTH:030 with a grade of “C” or better.
