• Designed and produced graphics for web and print, instruction and marketing, product art and text, logos, software user interfaces, and instructional animation.
• Trained, developed, and supervised 8-member graphics and audio production team, coordinating projects, assigning responsibilities and overseeing tasks and timelines.
• Chaired collaborative meetings between writers and animation designers, led brainstorm sessions, edited copy, sketched storyboards, produced graphics and animation, and provided QA. We led the field of SkillSoft developers and helped the SkillSoft Corporation refine its approach to animated instructional graphics.
• Significantly streamlined work flow of graphics team by inventing a ’keyboard panel’ of thirty single-stroke automated PhotoShop actions which I built into each team member’s desktop to eliminate repetitive production steps. Accelerated workflow of audio team by identifying process improvements such as batch processing and archiving.
