YOUNG AT HEART Young at Heart logo

Specific courses have been designed for those age fifty-five and older. These courses focus on the primary needs of cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and weight bearing. These courses are identified in the schedule with the "Young at Heart" logo. Individual differences are recognized. Students are encouraged to focus on developing their own potential.

These courses are offered in the early morning five days a week. Contact the department if you have any questions or concerns.
