| Report STLCC COVID-19 related issues to IRT

| On behalf of the entire Incident Response Team, I want to thank you for the cooperation we have received while dealing with the recent COVID-19 cases on our campuses. We appreciate the feedback some have given on ways we can improve our procedures. We are once again asking for your help to allow the IRT to better manage cases and do what we need to do to keep all of us as safe as possible during this global pandemic. |

| Keeping everyone safe requires that the IRT gets information about positive COVID-19 tests, and about other individuals who may have been exposed to the virus, in a timely manner. |
|
|
|
| It also means that we need a single contact point for these communications. That single point is our STLCC COVID-19 Incident Response Team mailbox: covid19@stlcc.edu.
Note: If you will be absent from work because of a positive COVID-19 test or exposure, you still need to contact your supervisor directly.

| For all COVID-19 related issues, please use the IRT mailbox. |
|
|
|
| If you or anyone you supervise tests positive for COVID-19, it is critical that you immediately notify the IRT as soon as possible by email. The IRT will then initiate the response protocol and provide you further instructions. This is the same mailbox that will be used for follow-up reports or any questions or concerns about pandemic safety and our policies. |
