1 Using the Internet Uses the Web to provide the student with information on searching the net. Provide an exercise that utilizes net data bases as a resource.
2 Review of DNA Structure & Function Uses the Web to provide information and diagrams on DNA structure and function. The basis for molecular biology is introduced and an activity identified.
3 Tools of DNA Analysis Uses the Web to provide information, diagrams, & animation which illustrate the fundamental procedures of DNA analysis. The lesson includes an activity which uses the genome related data bases.
4 Aerobic Gram Negative Cocci Uses the Web to provide information and pictures on identification of Neisseria and related species. Identification of unknown organisms and a case study is the lesson activity.
