23CL223 - Smith's Fork Site

The Smith's Fork Site (23CL223) is a prehistoric site on property managed and protected by the US Army Corp of Engineers. The pottery sherds documented at the site during 2009 and 2010 belong to the Steed Kisker Phase; three radiocarbon dates from the site range from AD 1040 to 1290.
