Area 10 looking southeast with a wine press and fermentation vat in the lower left hand corner; pottery kilns and ovens are situated immediately south of the wine press and vat. The plaster floor of the crushing basin measures 2.52 x 2.56 meters and is connected to the fermentation vat by a conduit. Individual excavation squares measure four x four meters with a one meter bulk between each square.


Area 10 was backfilled with soil from Area 11.
