Site opens 6:00 p.m. Friday and closes at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Hotel reservations must be made separately.

Ask for the special group rate for the Society for Creative Anachronisms ($75 per night, single or double occupancy). The hotel provides transportation (red shuttles) from the airport.

Friday:
There are two special tours planned for Friday afternoon.

A trip to the Cathedral Basilica is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. with Ld. Lukas Messmer. There is a small fee for the tour.

Professor Michael Fuller will lead a trip to Cahokia Mounds. Please contact Steward for times.
Friday evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with registration and an informal gathering at the hotel until 10:00 p.m.

Entertainment will include the Three Rivers Players and Da’ud Bob (Master Da’ud ibn Auda) making a special appearance with one of his (in)famous movie presentations.

Saturday:
Registration opens at 8:00 a.m.

Classes begin at 9:30 a.m. and will run until 6:00 p.m. with a break for lunch between 12:30 to 2:00 p.m.

Lunch:
A buffet lunch is included with preregistration fees. Depending upon the numbers of registrations received, lunch for those registering the day of the Symposia may be available.
Saturday Evening:
Friendly native guides will ferry symposia attendees to some of St. Louis’ favorite local restaurants. Sign-up sheets will be available at Troll.

Sunday:
Laurel Road Show begins at 9:00 a.m. This is your chance to see decisions being made on a current letter of acceptance and return (LOAR).
