Grisskogen

Several Viking artifacts from the site of Grisskogen are on display in the Länsmuseet Gävleborg. Fifteen out of seventeen radiocarbon dates indicate a range of occupation from approximately AD 650 to 1050. Two radiocarbon samples suggest later occupation: AD 990 to 1150 and AD 1270 to 1380.
