Penasco Blanco, New Mexico

I photographed the pictographs associated with Penasco Blanco while visiting archaeological sites in the Southwest USA with David Massey during Summer of 1979. My images are "adequate". Thanks for Meghan Murphy and Michael Radford for high quality digital images that I have processed with the DStretch program. Thank you to David Massey for sharing the adventure, especially at Fajada Butte, in 1979. I have put "comet" and "supernova" in quotation marks because I am fully aware that there are critics of these identifications. I am very open to the idea that the pictographs represent a comet and a supernova!
