A distinct pattern running through the center of the pit will be a disturbance.

The well defined interior corner of a limestone wall was uncovered by
the St. Louis Community College students.

uncovered a series of iron window counterweights that had been buried after the
demolition of a fairly recent structure.

blocks and eroded bricks along one wall of the excavation.
Excavation unit 6 at a depth of 30 cm. beneath the
surface. A limestone wall was discovered along one edge of the excavation square.

What had looked like random limestone and brick fragments now appear as a clearly defined wall.
